Trump Memecoin Project Hints Mobile Game Launch

Trump’s launch of a memecoin has raised concern among Democrats, but things are about to get more serious. The project is set to launch a mobile game named after the president soon, which has been received with mixed feelings.

The project announced on its official x handle that the mobile game named “TRUMP MOBILE GAME” will be launching soon, and will be the one and only Trump Mobile Game for True Trump Fans. When launched, the new game will use TRUMP Coin as the all in-game activities.

Trump’s Crypto Involvement Takes New Turn 

President Donald Trump launched a memecoin shortly after taking the oath of Office in January this year. The memecoin saw a rapid price surge followed by a severe crash that it is yet to recover from, causing great losses to many investors. This has sparked criticism from the Democrat camp who said the president shouldn’t be involved with crypto.

One lawmaker has even sponsored a bill to stop the president, other public office holders and their families from getting involved with cryptocurrencies in any way or form. The president has also been accused of using his office to make money from the sale of his memecoin, an allegation Trump has denied.

The memecoin project launching a mobile game named after the president despite the criticism is taking his involvement a step further, especially because the game will use the TRUMP token for all in-game activities. This means the project has plans to bring some utility to the token, making it more established than just a meme token dependent on hype.

With such use cases, more people will likely adopt the token which can cause the value to increase in the future. This is likely going to spark more criticism from the Democrat camp which has been against cryptocurrencies and especially the president’s involvement with them. 

TRUMP Price Action Following Game Announcement

Development announcements such as the Trump Mobile Game launch usually elicits interest in the affected crypto asset. For TRUMP, the price has gained 3.56% in the last 24 hours at the time of this report.

However, it is hard to tell if the gain is due to the wider market recovery or is as a result of the game launch announcement. Other crypto assets have also posed 24-hour gains that are much higher, bringing to question the influence of the announcement on the price of the token.
