Grammarly rebrands as Superhuman – here’s what has changed
Popular online editing app Grammarly has been a reliable platform for scholars and writers in general, but it is set to provide better services.
The platform announced on 29 October that it has rebranded as Superhuman, a step that is making it better and more powerful at serving users.
Though still Grammarly, many more features and functions will be available to users under the new name, giving them better functionality.
Taking editing to a new level
For many years Grammarly has been the go-to place for editing content, correcting grammatical errors, and checking for plagiarism among other uses.
However as AI continues to evolve, the platform sees the need to evolve as well to remain relevant in the fast-evolving world.
According to the team, Superhuman will offer more than just writing assistance. It will help users write, research, anticipate feedback, automate tasks, schedule meetings, and much more.
It is a suite of AI agents that includes Grammarly’s trusted writing partner, Coda’s all-in-one workspace, Superhuman Mail’s AI-native inbox, and a new product called Superhuman Go.
Like the old Grammarly, these agents are designed to ensure a smooth workflow for users without them knowing that the agents are even there.
What to expect
Grammarly is already known as the writing app, and it retains that reputation, only better. In addition, Superhuman Go helps users to brainstorm, fetch information, send emails, schedule meetings etc.
Coda syncs data from other apps to give users a comprehensive summary, but soon it will be able to process the data such as notes from a just concluded meeting and turn it into actionable plans.
Mail currently organizes users’ inbox proactively and writes replies in the user’s voice, but will soon provide details about work or other subjects gathered from users’ inbox, CRM, and other tools.
This will be adaptive to reflect changes in schedules and other details that are relevant to the user’s emails.
